If you make a payment, our payment partner shares the payment status and amount with us — we do not receive or store your card, UPI, or bank details ourselves. Our website also automatically collects basic usage data (pages visited, device/browser type, approximate location from IP) via analytics tools.
2. How we use your information
We use your data to schedule and carry out the repair or service you request, send booking and technician-arrival updates by call, SMS, or WhatsApp, generate invoices and warranty records, follow up for feedback or reviews, and improve our website and services. We do not sell your personal data to third parties.
3. Who we share it with
We share data only with service providers who help us run the business, under their own confidentiality and security terms: Google Firebase/Cloud (hosting and secure database), our payment gateway (to process payments you initiate), our WhatsApp/SMS provider (for booking and service updates), our email service (for invoices and confirmations), and Google Analytics (anonymised site-usage statistics). We do not share your data with anyone else except where required by law.
4. Data retention
We retain booking, invoice, and warranty records for as long as needed to provide after-sales support and to meet our tax and accounting obligations, after which they are deleted or anonymised.
